We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Singapore.
Processing and Dispatch Time

Signing and Receiving Instructions
When placing an order, please provide a valid shipping address and contact number where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Upon delivery, please inspect the outer packaging on the spot. Verify that the box is intact, the product type and quantity match your order details, and the packing list is complete. Please note that you are not allowed to break the seal of electronic/mobile phone products before signing. If the outer seal is broken or torn upon arrival, you have the right to reject the delivery.
If the outer seal is intact but you discover missing items or abnormalities after opening the package, please keep the packaging in its original state and contact Yongji City Lulu Information Technology Co., Ltd. 24-hour online customer service immediately.
If you are unable to sign for the package personally, you may entrust someone else at the address to do so, strictly following the inspection rules above. The courier is solely responsible for delivering the goods to the address specified on the shipping label. The package can be signed for by anyone present at that address (e.g., a receptionist or family member) and is not guaranteed to be handed directly to the designated purchaser.
For security and risk prevention, you cannot modify the shipping address or phone number once the purchase is confirmed. Please double-check your details when placing an order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If an order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information, the local distributor will hold the package for 5 days. We will notify you via email in such cases.
