Return and exchange policy
General Return Instructions
We offer a 7-day return and exchange guarantee. You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery, the transaction will be considered completed and final, and we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be completely intact. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the packaging or accessories are damaged or missing.
If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please be sure to contact our customer service within the 7-day time limit so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Shipping Costs and Conditions
- For Personal Reasons (Non-defective items): If the product is not defective or damaged, and you simply wish to return it for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for bearing all return shipping costs.
- For Defective or Damaged Items: If the product arrives defective or gets damaged in transit, please notify us immediately upon receiving it. Once we receive the returned defective item and verify the issue, we will quickly send a new replacement product in good condition or process a full refund.
How to Apply for a Return or Exchange
- Returns for Personal Reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please send an email to our customer service team, ensuring the product is unused and in resellable condition. Our team will review and accept your request within 1-3 business days.
- Returns for Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email service@mail.qmeix.com describing the issue (please attach photos or videos of the defect if possible). Our customer service will respond and process your request within 1-3 business days.
Important Note for Returning Goods: Please do not send items back to the original sender's address without authorization. You must contact our customer service to obtain the correct Return Address before shipping. When contacting us, please provide your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number.
How to Cancel an Order
If you need to cancel an order, you must send an email to our customer service center stating the reason for cancellation. The email must include your Order Number, Full Name, and Phone Number. (Please note: Orders that have already been shipped and handed over to the courier cannot be canceled and must be processed through the standard return procedure).
