We currently accept the following forms of payment for online orders:

- Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered directly to your doorstep.
2. How Cash on Delivery (COD) Works
If you select the COD payment method at checkout, please note the following process:
- Order Verification: After placing a COD order, our customer service team may contact you via email or phone to verify your order details and shipping address before dispatching the package.
- Payment at Delivery: Please prepare the exact amount in cash (in SGD) to pay the courier upon the delivery of your item(s).

3. Credit Card Payment Security
For customers paying by credit card, your security is our top priority. All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. Qmeix is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. Billing & Currency
- Credit Card Orders: Your payment method will be charged automatically at the time you place your order.
- Currency: All product prices and shipping fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed in SGD (Singapore Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
